The Nyu Ryugu Yusaiden is a place where we
pacify and purify our souls to become one
with the Great Universal God through practicing
Shinsokan, the meditation to visualize God
and His perfect and harmonious world.
The "Nyu Ryugu" (entering into
the Dragon Palace) symbolizes "the original
world of the first creation. By practicing
Shinsokan meditation to visualize the God's
world, we enter into the world of Truth where
essentially no sickness, sufferings, and
conflicts exist. The word "Yusai"
implies to enter into the original God's
spiritual world, the world of creation, as
opposed to a word, "Kensai" that
is to worship God through a form to manifest
Divine Will in this phenomenal world.
This Nyu Ryugu Yusaiden was built in October
1971 as a shrine of divine healing. The octagonal
shrine with the roof of copper sheets solemnly
stands on the premises of 7920 square meters
and 2541 square meters floor space was designed
resemblance to an image of heavenly palace.
Centering on Amaterasu-Omikami, the Goddess
of Sun and the Deity symbolizes the Light
of God, Shiotsuchi-No-Okami, an incarnation
of God symbolizes the Power of Creation,
to its right and Sumiyoshi-No-Okami, an incarnation
of God symbolizes the Purification of the
Universe, to its left are enshrined respectively
in the main sanctuary. The octagonal roof
symbolizes the whole world under one roof,
the principle of Seicho-No-Ie teaching of
"bankyo kiitsu" - the truth that
all religions emanate from one universal
God.
